It ships within 1 business day, delivers in 2 days or less, and follows the best practices of the industry's leading compounding pharmacies. Submitting a pharmacy does not guarantee integration. If patient experience or safety falls short of these standards, FUSE may move fulfillment to another pharmacy in our network.
Pricing questions
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
It depends on the plan. DIY has no upfront fee: you build free and pay $499 a month once you go live. Growth is $5,600 upfront, which includes expedited LegitScript coordination and your first month. Partner is $30,000 for onboarding, with the first 12 months of platform included.
Do you charge per customer or per visit?
No. FUSE charges no per-visit or per-prescription fees. You pay your plan's monthly fee plus a merchant service fee on the total of each patient payment processed through FUSE: 3% on DIY, 2% on Growth and Partner. Clinical, pharmacy, and payment-processing costs may apply and are shown before you commit.
Can I switch plans as I grow?
Yes. Start on DIY and move to Growth or Partner when you want more support. Partner adds a dedicated success manager, access to our custom catalog, and the option to bring your own qualified pharmacy. Our team confirms timing and any upfront fee before you switch.
Do I need a medical license to launch?
No. Independent licensed clinicians review every intake and make every treatment decision, and licensed pharmacies fill prescribed orders. FUSE provides the technology that connects them, and your team owns the brand and growth.
What's included in compliance?
Clinician review of every intake, HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, and an audit trail across intakes, prescriptions, and refills. Expedited LegitScript coordination is included on Growth and Partner and is a $5,000 add-on on DIY. LegitScript reviews and decides every application independently.
