White-Label Telehealth for Your Health or Fitness App

Your app already shows users what to work on. We help them act on it without leaving your product: intake, licensed clinicians, and pharmacies run behind your UI, so you earn revenue per program instead of per download.

Key takeaways

  • You can add a white-label telehealth app experience without building clinical infrastructure. We run intake, clinicians and pharmacies behind your UI.
  • Start with a hosted storefrontthat needs no engineering, then embed intake and checkout in your product with our SDK and APIs when you’re ready.
  • Revenue per program, not per download: users you already retain can become monthly telehealth customers.
  • Pricing is simple: from $0 upfront ($499/month once you’re live) or $5,600 for guided Growth ($699/month from month 2). No per-visit or per-prescription fees. See pricing.
  • State rules and FDA policy keep changing, so have a healthcare attorney look over your setup. A good start is telehealth compliance without the legal rabbit hole.

What is a white-label telehealth app?

Your app already shows users what to work on. White-label telehealth lets them act on it without leaving your brand: they complete an intake, a licensed clinician decides what’s appropriate, and a licensed pharmacy ships any prescription. Clinical data lives on our HIPAA-compliant clinical layer, and your product keeps its own analytics. Results vary by person.

Product teams usually weigh three routes:

  • Build it yourself. Clinician network, pharmacy contracts, state rules and HIPAA architecture can take quarters before the first user is treated.
  • Link out to another telehealth company. Fast, but the customer leaves your product and the relationship goes with them.
  • Hosted or embedded white-label (that’s us). Launch on a hosted storefront in days, then embed with the API and SDK as you scale.

How does white-label telehealth work inside an app?

Four things run behind your app. We handle them so your engineers can keep shipping your own roadmap.

Licensed clinicians make the medical decisions

Every intake goes to an independent licensed clinician in the customer’s state, and that clinician makes every treatment decision. Your team never makes a clinical call. See which states allow telehealth across state lines.

Licensed pharmacies fill and ship

Prescriptions are filled by licensed pharmacies and shipped straight to your customer, so you’re never in the chain of custody. Whether a product is FDA-approved or compounded changes your costs and risk, so we keep it plain: 503A vs 503B.

A hosted storefront, or embed it with the SDK and API

Point a subdomain at the hosted storefront and link from your app, with no code. When you want it inside your UI, embed intake, checkout and the patient portal with the developer tools. Our AI connector lets you manage your storefront from your AI assistant.

Compliance and HIPAA, handled

HIPAA-compliant systems and an audit trail across intakes, prescriptions and refills keep your program on solid ground, and LegitScript coordination is included on Growth and Partner. Your advertising still deserves your own legal review.

Is white-label telehealth right for your app?

  • Fitness, sleep, nutrition and wellness apps with engaged, retained users.
  • Wearable and tracking platforms that want to close the loop between insight and treatment.
  • Teams that want telehealth revenue without a 9 to 18 month infrastructure project.
  • Product teams that want to start with no engineering time and embed later.

Why health and fitness apps add white-label telehealth

01

Subscription pricing hits a ceiling

Subscription fatigue caps what apps can charge. A telehealth program adds monthly revenue from users you already retain.

02

Insight without action leaks users

Users who see the problem but can't act on it in-app take the intent elsewhere. Embedded care keeps the journey, and the revenue, inside your product.

03

Building telehealth takes quarters

Provider networks, pharmacy contracts, state rules, and HIPAA architecture take a long time. A hosted storefront takes days, and our developer tools let you embed it when you're ready.

The economics

How much could you earn?
You set retail. The margin is yours.

Here's the math with example numbers: 500 users, about 1% of a 50K monthly-active base, on a $199/mo program adds roughly $39K of monthly margin on a $699 flat fee. See the plans.

  • You set the retail price on every program
  • Growth: $699/mo platform fee after $5,600 upfront — no per-visit fees
  • Margin scales with patients — the fee doesn’t
A worked example
Your retail price · you set it$199/mo
FUSE wholesale · illustrative$120/mo
Margin per patient / mo$79
× 500 converted users − $699/mo platform fee
Your monthly margin$38,801/mo

Illustrative economics. Wholesale varies by program; retail is always yours to set. Growth plan: $5,600 upfront, then $699/mo.

What should you ask a telehealth partner before signing?

Ask every company the same seven questions so you can compare offers fairly. We’re happy to answer them for FUSE.

  1. Who is the clinical entity? Ask for the name of the medical group that reviews intakes and writes prescriptions, and the states its clinicians are licensed in.
  2. Who fills the prescriptions? Get the pharmacy’s legal name and state licenses, and ask whether each product is FDA-approved or compounded. 503A vs 503B explains the difference.
  3. What does each active client really cost you? Add up the platform fee, any setup fee, merchant fees, clinical and pharmacy costs, and shipping. You can compare our plans on the pricing page.
  4. Who bills the client? Find out who is the merchant of record, and who handles refunds and chargebacks.
  5. Who owns your brand and your client data? Make sure the portal carries your brand, that you can export client and marketing-consent data, and that you know what happens to active clients if you leave.
  6. Who approves your advertising? Weight-loss claims, testimonials and before-and-after photos need a second pair of eyes. The FDA has published guidance for telehealth companies promoting compounded drugs.
  7. What happens if you leave? Check contract length, minimum commitments, price-change terms, and how your data comes back to you.

How much does a white-label telehealth app cost on FUSE?

Every plan includes the full platform. There are no per-visit or per-prescription fees. You pay your plan’s monthly fee plus a merchant service fee.

PlanUpfrontMonthlyMerchant fee
DIY$0 (build free)$499 once you go live3%
Growth$5,600, includes expedited LegitScript coordination and your first month$699 from month 22%
Partner$30,000 onboarding, first 12 months of platform included$3,000 from month 132%

3% on DIY, 2% on Growth and Partner, charged on the total of each patient payment processed through FUSE. Payment-processing and other third-party fees may apply separately. Clinical, pharmacy, payment-processing, advertising, and other third-party costs may apply and are shown before you commit. Full details are on the pricing page.

How many customers does it take to cover the fee?

Take the example from the economics section ($199/month retail, $120/month wholesale, $79 spread per user). After a 2% merchant fee that leaves about $75 per user, so roughly 10 users cover the $699 Growth fee. On DIY, a 3% fee leaves about $73 per user, so roughly 7 users cover the $499 fee. These are illustrations. Your wholesale cost, retail price and other costs will differ.

Build, link out, or white-label?

Questions product teams ask us

The compliance and operations questions, answered straight.

What is a white-label telehealth app?

It's telehealth that carries your app's brand: users complete intake, check out, and use a portal under your name, while licensed clinicians and pharmacies run behind it. You don't build or staff any of it.

Is there a telehealth API, or is it hosted?

Both. Launch on a hosted branded storefront in days, or embed telehealth intake and checkout inside your UI as you scale. See the API.

Who holds the clinical liability?

Independent licensed clinicians make all prescribing decisions inside our compliance framework. Your app never touches the medicine.

How does HIPAA work between us?

Clinical data lives inside our HIPAA architecture behind your brand. Your product keeps its analytics stack, and PHI stays on the clinical layer.

Can we start without engineering time?

Yes. The hosted storefront needs no code. Point a subdomain at it and link from your app.

How is this different from building telemedicine into my own app?

Building means contracting clinicians and pharmacies, handling state rules, and building HIPAA architecture first. White-label gives you those already running. See what telehealth operators need from healthcare SaaS.

How much does it cost?

DIY is free to build and $499/month once you go live. Growth is $5,600 upfront, then $699/month. There are no per-visit fees. Full details are on the pricing page.

How long does it take to launch?

Typically 3–5 business days for the hosted storefront once agreements and setup are complete. How it works shows the steps.

Independent licensed clinicians make all prescribing decisions on programs powered by FUSE. FUSE does not prescribe, diagnose, or treat patients. Prescription products require evaluation by a licensed provider. Example figures are illustrative only and not a guarantee of revenue.
