Key takeaways

  • You can launch a peptide and GLP-1 program under your own brand without being a doctor. You coach; licensed clinicians and pharmacies handle everything medical.
  • Clients complete a medical intake on your storefront. A licensed clinician decides who is treated and what is prescribed, and you never prescribe, diagnose or set doses.
  • You keep the brand, the client relationship and the recurring revenue, not a one-time affiliate commission.
  • Pricing starts at $0 upfront ($499/month once you’re live) or $5,600 for guided Growth ($699/month from month 2). No per-visit or per-prescription fees. See pricing.
  • Rules differ by state and the FDA’s peptide policy keeps moving, so have a healthcare attorney look over your setup. Start with which peptides are legal and the FDA peptide list explained.

What is a peptide program for coaches?

You already have the audience and the trust. A peptide or GLP-1 program adds a medical layer on top of your coaching, run by people who are licensed to do it. Your clients meet you first, complete an intake under your brand, and a clinician decides what, if anything, is right for them. Results vary by person.

Most coaches choose between four routes:

  • Affiliate or referral link. The easiest start. You send your audience to someone else’s brand and earn a commission where the law allows it. The brand, price and client relationship aren’t yours.
  • Your own branded program with a clinical partner (that’s us). Your name is on the storefront, portal and checkout. Independent clinicians and licensed pharmacies run behind it, and you keep the relationship.
  • Coaching plus a separate clinical partner. You sell habits, nutrition and accountability, and an independent medical group separately evaluates eligible clients.
  • Your own telehealth company. The most control, with the most legal setup, hiring and cost. See the peptide business models guide.

Whichever route you pick, a white-label setup doesn’t make you the medical practice. Clinical decisions stay with licensed clinicians.

How does a white-label peptide program work for coaches?

Four things run behind your storefront. We handle them so you can keep doing what your audience follows you for.

Licensed clinicians make the medical decisions

Every intake goes to an independent licensed clinician in the client’s state. They decide eligibility, prescribing and dosing, so you can coach without crossing the line. Read how coaches sell peptides under their brand.

Licensed pharmacies fill and ship

Prescriptions are filled by licensed pharmacies, so you’re never in the chain of custody. That’s very different from reselling research-use vials, which is why we wrote is it illegal to sell peptides online.

Your storefront, portal and billing

Intake, checkout, the patient portal and shipping updates carry your name. You set the prices and keep the subscriptions; we run the technology. Here’s the storefront playbook.

Compliance built in

HIPAA-compliant systems, an audit trail across intakes, prescriptions and refills, and consent and claims guardrails keep your program inside the lines. LegitScript coordination is included on Growth and Partner.

Which peptides and GLP-1s can a coach’s program include?

“Peptides” covers products with very different legal standing, so we look at them one at a time.

CategoryWhat to know
FDA-approved GLP-1 medicinesPrescribed only after a clinician’s assessment and in line with the product’s labeling.
Compounded GLP-1sNot FDA-approved, and only allowed under specific legal conditions. See how compounded semaglutide programs work.
Other peptidesLegal status varies by product and keeps changing. Check each one on the FDA peptide list.
Coaching and educationNutrition, habits, training and accountability are yours to sell, and they pair well with a medical program.

Why coaches build their own program instead of sharing affiliate links

01

Your audience asks about peptides, and the medical answer isn't yours to give

Prescribing and recommending medication belongs to licensed clinicians. With us, clients complete a medical intake under your brand and a clinician makes the call, so you keep coaching without crossing the line. Here's how coaches sell peptides under their brand.

02

Affiliate links build someone else's brand

A peptide affiliate program pays you a commission and sends your audience to another brand. Your own program keeps the relationship, the brand, and the recurring revenue with you. Here's the storefront playbook.

03

Research-use vials put you at risk

Reselling gray-market peptides is something the FDA keeps cracking down on. With a prescription program, licensed pharmacies handle sourcing and shipping, so you're never in the chain of custody. See is it illegal to sell peptides online.

The economics

How much could you earn?
You set retail. The margin is yours.

Here's the math with example numbers: 40 clients on a $199/mo program adds up month after month, which a one-time affiliate commission can't match. See the plans.

  • You set the retail price on every program
  • Growth: $699/mo platform fee after $5,600 upfront — no per-visit fees
  • Margin scales with patients — the fee doesn’t
A worked example
Your retail price · you set it$199/mo
FUSE wholesale · illustrative$120/mo
Margin per patient / mo$79
× 40 enrolled clients − $699/mo platform fee
Your monthly margin$2,461/mo

Illustrative economics. Wholesale varies by program; retail is always yours to set. Growth plan: $5,600 upfront, then $699/mo.

What are the red flags in a peptide telehealth vendor?

  • “Everyone qualifies.” A company that guarantees prescriptions is skipping real screening.
  • “It’s basically the brand-name drug.”A compounded medicine shouldn’t be described as FDA-approved or equivalent to an approved one.
  • “Sell our whole peptide catalog.” Each product needs its own legal basis, clinical use and sourcing.
  • “Just put our product under your brand.” You should be told who makes, compounds, dispenses and prescribes it, and who is responsible for each step.

What should you ask a telehealth partner before signing?

Ask every company the same seven questions so you can compare offers fairly. We’re happy to answer them for FUSE.

  1. Who is the clinical entity? Ask for the name of the medical group that reviews intakes and writes prescriptions, and the states its clinicians are licensed in.
  2. Who fills the prescriptions? Get the pharmacy’s legal name and state licenses, and ask whether each product is FDA-approved or compounded. 503A vs 503B explains the difference.
  3. What does each active client really cost you? Add up the platform fee, any setup fee, merchant fees, clinical and pharmacy costs, and shipping. You can compare our plans on the pricing page.
  4. Who bills the client? Find out who is the merchant of record, and who handles refunds and chargebacks.
  5. Who owns your brand and your client data? Make sure the portal carries your brand, that you can export client and marketing-consent data, and that you know what happens to active clients if you leave.
  6. Who approves your advertising? Weight-loss claims, testimonials and before-and-after photos need a second pair of eyes. The FDA has published guidance for telehealth companies promoting compounded drugs.
  7. What happens if you leave? Check contract length, minimum commitments, price-change terms, and how your data comes back to you.

How much does a coaching peptide program cost on FUSE?

Every plan includes the full platform. There are no per-visit or per-prescription fees. You pay your plan’s monthly fee plus a merchant service fee.

PlanUpfrontMonthlyMerchant fee
DIY$0 (build free)$499 once you go live3%
Growth$5,600, includes expedited LegitScript coordination and your first month$699 from month 22%
Partner$30,000 onboarding, first 12 months of platform included$3,000 from month 132%

3% on DIY, 2% on Growth and Partner, charged on the total of each patient payment processed through FUSE. Payment-processing and other third-party fees may apply separately. Clinical, pharmacy, payment-processing, advertising, and other third-party costs may apply and are shown before you commit. Full details are on the pricing page.

How many clients does it take to cover the fee?

Using the example above ($199/month retail, $120/month wholesale, $79 spread per client), a 2% merchant fee leaves about $75 per client, so roughly 10 clients cover the $699 Growth fee. On DIY, a 3% fee leaves about $73 per client, so roughly 7 clients cover the $499 fee. Treat it as an illustration: your wholesale cost, retail price and other costs will differ.

Affiliate link or your own program?

Short answer: an affiliate link is the easiest start, and your own program is the one that keeps the brand, the client relationship and the recurring revenue with you.

Questions coaches ask us

The compliance and operations questions, answered straight.

Can a health coach sell peptides?

A coach can build and market the program, but licensed clinicians decide who is treated and what is prescribed. That's how our setup works: you run the brand and the coaching, and we connect the clinicians and pharmacies. State rules differ, so have a healthcare attorney check your setup. How coaches sell peptides under their brand has the details.

How do I sell peptides legally as a coach?

Sell the program, not the product. Clients complete a medical intake, a licensed clinician decides what's appropriate, and a licensed pharmacy fills any prescription. Avoid gray-market research-use products. Is it illegal to sell peptides online? and which peptides are legal cover the details.

Is offering telehealth as a coach practicing medicine?

No. Clients complete an intake under your brand, and independent licensed clinicians decide what's appropriate. You never prescribe, diagnose, or set doses.

Should I join a peptide affiliate program or build my own?

An affiliate program pays you a commission and sends clients to another brand. Your own program keeps the brand, the client relationship, and the recurring revenue with you, and you set the price. See the plans.

What can I say when I market the program?

Market the program and your coaching, not medical outcomes. Our compliance workflow keeps intake, consent, and claims language inside the lines. Avoid guaranteed results, and never describe a compounded medicine as the same as a brand-name drug.

Do my clients leave my coaching ecosystem?

No. Intake, portal, and checkout run under your name on your domain. We stay behind the scenes.

How much does it cost to start a peptide program as a coach?

DIY is free to build and $499/month once you go live. Growth is $5,600 upfront, then $699/month. There are no per-visit fees, and you set retail on every program, so the spread is yours. Full details are on the pricing page.

How long does it take to launch?

Typically 3–5 business days once agreements and setup are complete. How it works shows the three steps from choosing programs to your first order.

Independent licensed clinicians make all prescribing decisions on programs powered by FUSE. FUSE does not prescribe, diagnose, or treat patients. Prescription products require evaluation by a licensed provider. Example figures are illustrative only and not a guarantee of revenue.
